Refund policy

 

Because our juices are fresh, cold-pressed, and perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction and safety are very important to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not in suitable condition, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging. Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund where appropriate. We cannot offer refunds for products that have been left unrefrigerated, consumed, or reported after the 24-hour window. Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery and store the juices in the refrigerator immediately upon arrival.
